Copper Canyon Oatmeal Stout

nouggat, coffee and cocoa on the nose. nice touch of vanillin in the taste. came to me in a 1/2 gallon jug that was poured from the cask a day earlier. Next time i get some of this i’l like to serve with mole sauced chicken or some lean lamb loin chops.

had in bottle brought back to canada!!!! from cask!!!!! nice cherry cinnomen notes on the nose, nice creamy choc taste. light tobacco notes. no head at all, would be good on nitro

On tap: The aroma has moderate coffee, dark chocolate, and a hint of cream. Dark brown, virtually black, with a large creamy beige head that leaves behind great lacing. The flavor starts with some light creamy chocolate and finishes with some light black coffee and bitter burnt flavors. The mouthfeel is a tad thin but still has a creamy texture.
