Copper Canyon Wheat

Good head with a nice lace. Expected color and typical flavor, but a strong fruity aftertaste that sneaks up on you.

This is the second straight brewpub where the best beer I’ve tried was the wheat. It may be the season, or it may be that I’m finally being won over, because I used to despise wheat brews. Anyway, this comes on with a rush of citrus and finishes pleasantly spicy, with a decent body in between. A strong effort.
