Copper Creek is turning out to be an excellent little brew pub. There's a good bit of citrus in the flavor and the flavor profile is extremely crisp and clear. It's almost lager-like, but better than a typical lager. The body is a medium-light peach-copper topped by a white head that fairly fizzy and short-lived. Definitely not a Kolsch made just to satisfy the lite-beer patrons. rynoSx (29), Clemson, South Carolina, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 2, 2003 For a Kolsch this actually had alot of flavor and taste to offer. Lightly citrusy, tart and acidic. Some hoppy sweetness is also present in the aftertaste. Finish is light and fruity. ChainGangGuy (2563), Kennesaw, Georgia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 13, 2009 Appearance: Opaque, golden body with a thinnish, white head.
Smell: Faintly sweet-smelling light, delicate maltiness with a touch of apple fruitiness.
Taste: Light pale malts, perhaps a bit of pilsner as well, with a mild sweetness and hint of unprocessed grains. Lightly spicy, floral Noble hops with a subtle bitterness. Finishes dry and fizzy.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Moderate carbonation. The carbonation goes beyond simply being crisp to being just a tad too effervescent.
Drinkability: What I had was certainly not the most picturesque, textbook example of the Kölsch style. Though still, it terms of just "a beer", it was refreshing and quite drinkable. 21iceman40 (1731), vienna, West Virginia, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 19, 2004 Appears a nice red-tinged gold with a moderate white head. Lightly hoppy crisp aroma, with good hop bitterness and slight citrus in the flavor. Mouthfeel is clean and effervescent. An enjoyable brew. LilKem (1210), Marietta, Ohio, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 11, 2005 Wasn’t bad by any means, but didn’t seem to compare to the other beers on tap. Aroma was kind of skunky and musty. Appearance was golden amber with a dusting of white thin head. The Flavor was kind of skunked with some citrus and wheat-y flavors. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 26, 2006 draught. Pours a copper hue which matches the pennies in the bartop well. Not much aroma on this, just some malt and faint sourness. This is thin, but refreshing: some apple peel and faint woody hops are there. The finish has barely noticable acidity. meh.
