Copper Creek Summer Blonde Ale

Poured cloudy gold with a big head. Aroma of fruit - appricot, apple, pear -, spice, and yeast. Taste is interesting and refreshing. The fruit and spice give it an apple sauce-like presence. Again, it’s very refreshing. Other fruits, yeast, and mild hops give the beer a nice round flavor. Finish is smooth. Overall, a nice summer brew.
