beervis (215), People’s Republic of Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, England Jan 26, 2008 Decent - looks good in glass, copper with good white head and sticky lacing. Floral hops and caramel on the note, solid malty flavour with some fruity hints and a little hoppy tartness. Not bad, not classic.

Pours hazy golden with a small, staying, creamy, white head. Sweet wet hoppy aroma, light maltiness - quite bready. Fine, creamy mouthfeel. Nice flavours, elegantly hoppy, dry, flowery feel, some bready malts and a little caramel. Actually quite a nice beer. evilsoc (186), Wales Oct 31, 2008 Gravity cask at Swindon Beerex08. Lovely aromas of vanilla and cereal, Flavours of milk chocolate and cereal with some balancing bittering hops. A different beast to the bottled version by the sound of it. thebeertourist (2005), Oslo, Norway Oct 13, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden with a healthy head. Spicy and bready aroma. Good bitterness, rye bread flavours. Not bad. TheGrandMaster (1526), Auckland, New Zealand Jul 6, 2008 Bottle (in NZ), pours a slightly hazy amber with a white foamy head. Buttery malt on the nose with a fruity tang. The malty palate is again buttery, but becomes much more bitter and hoppier through the swallow. Like yalnikim say, probably a bit past its best. FrankJohansen (2876), Sabro, Denmark May 26, 2008 Bottle at Aarhus Ølfestival 2008. Clear copper colour with a small white head and some lacing. Aroma and taste of fruits and caramel with a slightly hoppy finihs.
