Beth101 (155), West Yorkshire, England Oct 27, 2008 Light sweet hop and malt aroma. Honey colour with a light airy head. Taste of hops bitter with some malt. johndoughty (1692), cheslyn hay, West Midlands, England Sep 27, 2008 Bottle. Golden and clear with low carbonation. Surprisingly lively with a hoppy citrus flavour and dry finnish. Not bad Skinnyviking (2965), Copenhagen, Denmark Aug 15, 2008 Draught. Low lasting fluffy white head. Clear golden light yellow body. Mild apple pear aroma. Mild and yet hoppy and tasty flaovr. Low carbonation. Long bitter aftertaste. wyzzywyz22 (453), Wirral, Merseyside, England Aug 11, 2008 Cask, Ship Inn, Hoylake. Clear pallid gold with a white head. Fragrant hoppy aroma with some malt and citrus. Flavour had a healthy dose of floral hop and fruit. Finish was dry and bitter.
Decent enough. Ethereal (927), London, Greater London, England Aug 3, 2008 Cask at Kingston BF, 28th June 2008, with renffisch. Bright yellow with a lively floral nose. In the mouth, it’s all about the hops. There’s a good variety of dry, flowery flavours. Soft and light on the tongue, this is a good dry golden ale.
