[Cask at Hereford festival 2006] Quite good golden ale, good bitterness but also fresh and drinkable

Bottle. Golden and clear with low carbonation. Surprisingly lively with a hoppy citrus flavour and dry finnish. Not bad

Cask, Ship Inn, Hoylake. Clear pallid gold with a white head. Fragrant hoppy aroma with some malt and citrus. Flavour had a healthy dose of floral hop and fruit. Finish was dry and bitter. Decent enough.

Cask at Kingston BF, 28th June 2008, with renffisch. Bright yellow with a lively floral nose. In the mouth, it’s all about the hops. There’s a good variety of dry, flowery flavours. Soft and light on the tongue, this is a good dry golden ale.
