Cornerstone Old Man Winter Bock

Dark and amber chocolate in color with a tan ice cap retaining well on top. Lactic chocolate and milky chocolate bakers slabs lead the nose. A hint of souring chocolate mocha coolers and subdued cocoa puffs do a dance as well. Spicy, darkening chocolate comes out with a lovely, chewy body. Aged black peppercorn gets trumped by Hershey morsels in a healthy lactic sort of way. A touch of grease from broiled semi-sweet morsels builds momentum. Dry and chewy bock tendencies and a prickling dark chocolate peppercorn bring the dry finish to fruition.
