Commercial Description:
Bottled.
A classic cider with a dry full bodied traditional taste. Made from matured bitter sharp and bitter sweet apples. Fermented using natural yeasts.
Recommended for people with a dry palate - for relaxing or drinking with chicken or pork.

Bottle at Toms Ultimate Glasgow Tasting : Poured a clear golden color. The aroma and taste was fresh apples, finished sweet.

Bottled at ultimate glasgow tasting. Aroma is decent, yet sweet apples. Taste is slightly spicey, cider apples, over ripe and a decent hopney sweetness. An easy drinking beast.

Beautiful golden color, still. Nice aroma of ripe yellow apples. Very strange mouthfeel, velvety and dry at the same time, very astringent, and even bitter at the end. Difficult but interesting.

[Bottle from CiderShop.co.uk] Aroma of ripe apples, vanilla and some slightly sweet appley notes that smell like apple juice from concentrate, the ingredients list confirms this. Reasonably sweet palate leads to a dry finish. not offensive but wasn’t particularly impressed with this, a little sweet.
