Commercial Description: Dry cider.
"Veryan Cider was developed by Dr G Kington using techniques he acquired while working in the wine industry. The orchards are located on the Roseland peninsula, nestled in the sheltered village of Veryan with its thatched round houses and agreeable maritime climate. The traditional West country varieties grown here produce ciders that are highly distinctive. Dr Kington gave up his orchards some years ago and the harvest is now passed to us to produce this special cider."
Bottle. Light brown yellow appearance. Almost completely still. Very complex and refined with good balance. Browned apples and oak aromas. Some sourness and acidity, just enough to balance the residual sweetness. Not to my particular taste in cider but nice despite this.
