General66 (99), Streator, Illinois, USA May 13, 2008 12 ounce bottle. I am a believer that fruit should not be added to any beer, so I decided to try this without the lime. Poured a typical pale lager yellow color with a small white head that disappears quickly. The aroma is very skunky with hints of bread and corn... awful smell. Tasted very watery with some hints of malt and corn. After a few drinks of this, I decided to throw in a lime. It definitely helped, but like I said, I do not think fruit should be added to a beer. Oh, well. Refreshing at best and is moderately tasty after mowing the lawn.
kcmo19 (71), Morgantown, West Virginia, USA Nov 29, 2008 Not much of anything to say about this. I guess it’d be refreshing if you’re at the beach on a hot day.............. jimmay (21), Waterloo, Ontario, Canada Nov 29, 2008 330 ml bottle from LCBO. Pale yellow, watery. Little aroma and not much flavour. Corn flavour prominent. WakeandBake (148), Greenville, Michigan, USA Nov 28, 2008 Bottle.A very pale gold/yellow color, thin head.Aroma of corn, cat feet, and hay. Flavor is very watery, kind of a skunky band aid taste, thin mouthfeel, funky finish. I could see drink this if you were really loaded allready but I’ll pass dkachur (1056), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA Nov 27, 2008 12 ounce bottle pilfered from a party. I cracked a Dark Lord at this party and I end up with a Corona? Huh? Pours the ubiquitous very pale golden with a thin, fizzy head, almost cola-like in retention and no lacing to speak of. Grainy and grassy aroma with light skunk. Skunky, grainy taste with corn and other adjuncty notes. Thin-medium bodied. SeanMacGC (102), Dublin, Ireland Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Nothing much to say about this one, except that there’s nothing too much worth the saying. Poor fare.
