(tap) The best of the Coronados imo. I was told this beer still needed a few more days until it reached its full flavor. If so, I can only imagine how good this will be then. Wonderful hoppy flavor, nice aroma.

on tap-pours a thin light tan head and cloudy gold color. Aroma is citrus-grapefruit/pine hops. Taste is citrus-grapefruit/pine/lemon hops-some bitter, secondary/faint medium malt. Light side of medium body. Mild carbonation.

A- Pours a moderately transparent dark golden hue, medium-sized creamy white head that is mostly diminishing, some good lacing throughout S- Fairly strong hop presence characterized by grass/earth and slight citrus (smells like dry hopping), good amount of bread malts T- Initial taste is hops-forward with a grassy/hay flavor that is well balanced with bready malts in the background, finish is of lingering dry and bitter hops, taste is smooth, clean and refreshing, a prototypical pale ale M- Medium-bodied, high carbonation, slick/watery texture D- Unsure of the abv, but this is probably closer to 6%abv given the high hop profile, easy-to-drink but a bit more complex and bitter than most pale ales, I was blown away by this ale in the first sample and will surely enjoy the growler over the next few days, I hope they decide to bottle this sometime, but until then I will have to make time to head to the brewery more regularly

On-tap at the brewery. Pours cloudy orange with a moderate, white head, fades quick, thin sheet lace. Smells mellow citrusy hoppy with a bit of malt on the finish. Nice hop flavors, sweet and citrusy. Malt flavors are somewhat dry. Medium body, good carbonation.

On tap @ the brewery. Poured a glowing golden orange, with some head retention. Great aromas of apricot and floral hops. A very clean, balanced finish.

Draft... RBSG ‘08... Cloudy golden ale with orange highlights and a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Citrus fruit and caramel malt aroma. Medium to full-bodied and creamy with lively carbonation. Moderate to medium bitterness with modest caramel and pale malt sweetness. Crisp, lightly bitter finish with a slight buttery aftertaste.

Tap at the brewpub. Very hazy orange-coloured beer. Bright citrusy hop aroma over a very clean pale malt backbone. There is a lightly spicy quality as well. As it warms, the citrus character really picks up. Orange peel and a lightly grapefruity flavour. Soft earthy/fruity bitterness. A simple tasty brew.

Deep orange/red in color. Wispy head with light hoppiness on the nose and palate.
