My bottle (22oz) shared with HogTownHarry, GregClow, jerc, mabel & tupalev -- courtesy of toncatcher. Pours a hazy orange-amber with an average size somewhat-lasting white head. Wonderful aroma of citrus hops, pine, fruit and malt -- so awesome! Nice hoppy flavour that follows the aroma, maybe a touch watery and based on the aroma it could be a bit more flavourful, but still tasty stuff. Alcohol well hidden. Medium bodied. This is really, really good stuff!

Pours golden with some burned orange hue and lively carbonation. A good finger of soapy white head that laces in spots, clinging to the glass. Smell of sweet citrus, malty and hops. Taste is a lot of juicy grapefruit, rind, a hint of orange and a nice malty balance with the hops. Medium in the mouth with good carbonation with a flavorful finish that lasts on the palate. ABV is not present at all and that combined with huge drinkability factor makes this a dangerous brew. Very tasty and refreshing indeed.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry, blankboy, jerc, mabel and tupalev - blankboy’s bottle. Reddish-gold with a small head. Aroma - Jesus, that’s hoppy! Like, singe-the-nosehairs hoppy. I’m a little frightened. Soft mouthfeel. Flavour is mellower than the aroma lets on - still very hoppy, but more reined in, allowing some fruitiness to come through.

Bottle (22oz). Shared with blankboy, GregClow, jerc, mabel and tupalev, blankboy’s bottle. Hazy orange with an average off-white head, nice chunks in the bottom too. Aroma of light sweet roast maltand BIG resin/citrus hops, with pineapple juiciness as a bonus - very fresh-smelling and mouthwatering. The taste, well, it’s a tad simple - good, but pretty straight-ahead; juicy, certainly, the malt doesn’t let you down, and the hops seem a little less citrus, more dry resin, just a tad "dead" to me. The body’s decent, and it’s certainly got the astringency and long bitter linger you look for in the style, but after that aroma it just didn’t blow my socks off I mean hell, it’s damned GOOD, but I was expecting it to be a 4+ beer.

Bottle shared with Hogtown Harry, Blankboy, GregClow, Mabel, and Jerc, courtesy of Paul. Fantastic fresh hop aroma - herbal and fresh. Neat very hazy, murky dark orange with a dirty orange white head. Great taste - again, super fresh hops, lots of citrus, some alcohol but no harshness (this was a good contrast to the the Pizza Port 15 we had earlier). Very drinkable. Good stuff.

Bottle. Orange amber body with a creamy off white head. (3+) Leafy hoppy aroma, mild resin. Moderate bitterness throughout. Resin feels a touch diluted, very light alcohol in the finish. Touch of sweet oranges when you look for it. Average palate. Next to no alcohol presence, I was surprised to be told this was a double IPA. Pretty solid.

Bomber shared by EDA. Pours a nice bright orange- light copper with a medium white lasting sticky head. Aroma is sappy pine resin, and lemony citrus hops- slight garlic. Light plasticy hop flavor- mild crackery and light sweet malt backbone with lot sof orange zest, spicy pine needles, and grapefruit juice. Nice tacky bitter finish. Pretty good, but some wild feremntation temps get some wierd phenols and esters in there.

Bombers supplied by SDbruboy and dirty_martini, thanks gentleman! Pours a large tan head with great staying power and plenty of sticky lace. Lightly hazy copper hued brew. Nose is big, piney, citrusy hops, juicey and sorta tropical with a hint of malts also. Nice west coast DIPA body, good carbonation and clingy to yer palate. Lotsa juicey hop flavors, citrus, grapefruit, lightly sweet malts being trampled by a large hop charge. Dry, fruity finish with a lasting bite. GOD you west coast folk know how to brew an IPA, DIPA, IIPA! Dats what i,m talkin bout! Thanks Larry! Thanks Cliff!! You guys rock!
