Jul 25, 2009 Crystal clear golden color with a fluffy white head. Citrus, fresh fruit, grapefruit, light pine, and some malts. Flavor is of itense citrus/grapefruit hops. Light fruits, pine, and some malt thrown in for good fun. Bitter, but not palate killingly so. Mighty fine.

Jul 24, 2009 Bomber. Appears golden-orange with a creamy vanilla head. Aroma is distinctly grapefruit, citrus and a light malt profile. Flavor is upfront very citrus hoppy, clean and orange. Finishes with a bit of bitterness, though not as bitter as one would expect. Palate is slightly oily, and soft. Overall, a solid IPA with nice west coast hops. Simple, if anything.

Jul 13, 2009 Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy deep blond color; big creamy head. Good fruity, Simcoe aroma, some sweat, medicinal. Toffee flavor, the strong hopping brings it on the dry side; quite resiny and fruity, bitter orange peel, digestive. Strong, powerful, long final. An excellent hop bomb.

Unclear medium orange color with a average to large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light caramel, light heavy hoppy, orange, light yeasty. Flavor is light heavy sweet, light citrus - orange acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090612]
