Very good IPA. Lots of citus and pine on the nose. Light malt and heavy on the hops. Could taste them for a while after. Good for what it is.

Very citrusy, and bitter. Nose is of citrus. Some sweet malts in the background, but Western hops dominate this one. Pretty tasty though, and the alcohol is well-hidden. Not as bitter as you’d expect given that all you can taste are hops...

Crystal clear golden color with a fluffy white head. Citrus, fresh fruit, grapefruit, light pine, and some malts. Flavor is of itense citrus/grapefruit hops. Light fruits, pine, and some malt thrown in for good fun. Bitter, but not palate killingly so. Mighty fine.

Bomber. Appears golden-orange with a creamy vanilla head. Aroma is distinctly grapefruit, citrus and a light malt profile. Flavor is upfront very citrus hoppy, clean and orange. Finishes with a bit of bitterness, though not as bitter as one would expect. Palate is slightly oily, and soft. Overall, a solid IPA with nice west coast hops. Simple, if anything.

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Hazy deep blond color; big creamy head. Good fruity, Simcoe aroma, some sweat, medicinal. Toffee flavor, the strong hopping brings it on the dry side; quite resiny and fruity, bitter orange peel, digestive. Strong, powerful, long final. An excellent hop bomb.

On tap. Clear golden orange with white head. Caramel malt, citrus, tropical fruit, peaches, and bitter hops in the finish. A nice easy drinking IPA, good!
