22 oz bottle purchased at Chris’ Liquors in San Diego, California. Pour is slight hazed golden with a nice full formed white head. Aroma of resin pine and some grainy maltiness. Orange peel bitterness. Taste is big and fresh resin hops, with the citrus orange peel and a nice layer of toasty malt holding it up. Hop is pretty dank. Palate is medium, with a long straw bitter finish. Quite drinkable, nice one.

On tap at the brewpub. Orange gold color with a lasting off-white head. Sweet hop juice aroma with tropical stone fruits especially. Flavor is peachy and orangey with a crystal malt iced tea sweetness in the finish. A little sweet overall, with moderate bitterness. Medium bodied, drinkable.

Appearance: Pours a bright amber gold, a tad cloudy, with a small white head. Aroma: Orange and grapefuit right away, followed by some candy sweetness and a touch of pine. Taste: Grapefruit and other citrus flavors, followed by some pine bitterness. The malt has flavors of caramel and turbinado sugar. Mouthfeel: Thick but not sticky, a tad juicy. Overall: A very full flavored, lovely West Coast IPA. Very bitter, but not astringent, finishes very clean.

Bottle thanks to Snojerk321. Pours a nice copper/gold with a fluffy head that sticks. Nose is super floral, nice grain notes and citric. The taste is more aggressive, with a nice clean bitterness and some notable fruity bread notes from the yeast. Finishes reasonably clean and the hops aren’t too big in flavor. Pretty nice IPA.

Pours pale copper with a sturdy froth that lingers like a downy blanket the whole session. Malty aromas with dusty hops. Medium nectar with Soft effers for a cottony texture. Snappy jagged hops remove the plaque from my pearly whites like a good dentist. A moderate malt body plays mind games as the hop slayer dances to the last tune. This specimen is strictly for grapefruit rind lovers.

Sample at the brewery. pours golden/orange, frothy white head. Aroma / taste, well hopped, some pine with notes of caramel malts, citrus fruits. Pine hop profile seems to remain prominent.
