Served from a bottle at Phil’s BBQ. Appearance is a brown infused red with a medium dirty white head. The flavors and aromas are cinnamon, sweet malts, mild hop bitterness.

Bottle. Pours amber/brown. Nose is red malt and faint hops. Flavor is a little bland and similar to the nose. Not a bad red style.

On draft at Flagstaff Brewing. Pour was an assertive red with a brownish hue behind it all, decent off-white colored head and good lacing. The aroma was caramel and biscuit type malts. Flavor was malt-heavy caramel with some lightly fruity notes, complete absence of hops. Mouthfeel was full for a red ale, needed more hop balance. A boring brew.

Bottle: Pours a huge white head, leaves an incredible lacing. Everything else is just ok- Food Pairing: Trail Mix.

On tap at the brewpub. Deep ruddy brown color with a tan head. No lacing, okay retention. Aroma is sweet citrus with some caramel. Flavor is caramel and crystal malts with some sweet orangey hops. Another boring red ale. Medium body, too sweet. Yawn.

Bottle thanks to blutt59. The look is amber in color with a beige colored head. Clear. The smell is papery, hops, malts, and caramel. The taste is malts, caramel, floral, paper, and sweet.
