Flavor is a little bland and similar to the nose. Not a bad red style. eaglefan538 (2351), Wilmington, Delaware, USA Sep 15, 2009 On draft at Flagstaff Brewing. Pour was an assertive red with a brownish hue behind it all, decent off-white colored head and good lacing. The aroma was caramel and biscuit type malts. Flavor was malt-heavy caramel with some lightly fruity notes, complete absence of hops. Mouthfeel was full for a red ale, needed more hop balance. A boring brew.
