Jun 21, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Deep ruddy brown color with a tan head. No lacing, okay retention. Aroma is sweet citrus with some caramel. Flavor is caramel and crystal malts with some sweet orangey hops. Another boring red ale. Medium body, too sweet. Yawn.

Jun 17, 2009 Bottle thanks to blutt59. The look is amber in color with a beige colored head. Clear. The smell is papery, hops, malts, and caramel. The taste is malts, caramel, floral, paper, and sweet.

May 25, 2009 Bottle. Aroma sweet malt and sweet candy presence. Red amber body with off white head. Sweet candy malt flavor some butterscotch and some dry grains. Has more of a bitter kick that other ambers. Sweetness lingers on palate.
