22 oz bomber. Deep amber coloured beer with a thin white head. Aroma has a nice sweet citrusy hoppiness. Grapefruit and a bit of soft toasted malt. Light caramel and a kiss of brown malts as well. Light brown sugar/caramel sweetness and a soft fruitiness. It’s a nicely balanced brew.

Bottle, 5.7%. Weak hoppy aroma. Cloudy red/orange colour. Very small tan head. The flavour has a little sweet hoppiness, grass. Dark malts and dried fruits. Mild but good.

Sampled at Big Pour Mesa, AZ. Bright burnt orange body with hints of garnet accompanied by a whispy white head that diminishes into nothingness. Similar to Green Flash Hop Head and Lagunitas Lucky 13 in that it is a very hoppy interpretation of the style. Citrus, lemongrass, and pine followed by malt. Lingering finish.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber with a dense, off-white head. A little caramel and aroma hops in the nose. Medium body, some caramel but otherwise dominated by a very distinct and bitter hopping. 221108

Insanely huge light tan head of very fine bubbles. About 2 inches high in my chalice. Looks very impressive. Reduces slowly to a rocky topped pillow. Dusty aroma with some roasted grains, a hint of bitter chocoalte, straw and some dired flowers. Color is a nice dark mahagony brown. Roasted grains, harsh hoppy bitterness and very dry on the palate. Some spices also. Finishes dry with a bit of lingering bitterness. A pretty good amber ale.

On tap at Draft Magazine’s Big Pour in Mesa. Pours a light amber with one finger off white head. Nose is mainly citrus hops. Taste is earthy upfront with tart citrus hops and a fairly clean finish. Medium, prickly mouth feel. Pretty good Amber.

22 fl oz bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a fully gone head. Spiced and slight roasted malty aroma. Mild perfumed hoppy into the flavour. Smooth malty with a mild citric hops flavour and light bitterness. Smooth fruity flavoured into a medium dry with a mild liqourice note into the finish.
