The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of hops as well as grass and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, grapefruit, and grass, leading to a very bitter finish. Murcky read body with tan head. Left a blanket of lacing on the pint glass. Good mix of caramel malts and chocolate with a thicker body texture. Smooth on the palate. An enjoyable beer.
