FYI - Coronado Brewing Company doesn’t do a sampler, and although they still have the little sample glasses displayed at the bar it was like pulling teeth to get them to let us freaking try the beer in sample size! I mean - when you’re driving you can’t exactly have a pint of every beer a brewpub has to offer... ANYWAY - the point is our waitress was a b-word, but the bartender finally relented and sold us three tiny glasses for the price of one pint.. the moral to this story is that all of their beer was well below average and wasn’t even worth the fight to try them. Don’t go here!

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a clear orange-amber color with a minimal off-white head that fizzes away quickly. Ring of lacing at the top of the glass, with dense spots underneath. Light citrus and hops in the nose. Light-bodied and mildly hoppy with a sweet malt base. The finish is effervescent and mildly hopped, with a sweet aftertaste. Fairly straightforward overall.

On tap at brewery. Hazy orange with a fizzy white head. Faint malty aroma. Grainy citrus hops taste with a crisp mildly bitter finish.

On tap at cbc. Golden copper pour with a whit foamy lace. Almost no aroma. Flavor is plain with a half way decent finishing bitter. Palate was foamy and thin. Nothing special at all but not terrible. Just ordinary.
