Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

On tap at the Oldsmar Tap House (Tampa, FL) on 5/30/08. Pours a cloudy, golden color with think white head that provides glass lacing. Smells complex with notes of spice, faint sweetness, maple syrup, grass and bread. Flavor is straw, grass, yeast, bread, sweet malt. Medium-bodied ale with slightly hoppy notes throughout and on finish.

Had this beer on tap at Magoo’s. Nice belgian ale, with plenty of spce and fishy undertones from the yeast. Light gold color, a little hazy, modest head and a clean finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange body with a big rocky white head. Aroma of citrus fruit, hop resin, and earthy notes. Flavor is sweet at start then hoppy floral and sweet.

Bottled. Really wasn’t impressed. Very large white head, but that was the only thing that stood out for me.

Clear golden pour, thick white head with pretty nice lacing. Fruity sweet yeast aroma. Flavor is pretty spicy, a bit vinous on the back end. Lighter fruits throughout. Well carbonated, a bit seltzery untill it settles. Definitely some hoppy notes in there.

pours a golden orange with a thick off white head. The Aroma smells like a lager, but the flavor has Belgian written all over it, the alcohol is hidden nicely and this goes down real easy. I’ve had better tripel’s but this is unique and worth a try!
