Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Faint aroma of spice, yeast, and apples. Pours a clear straw like yellow, with a huge fluffy white head that keeps growing. Visible carbonation in the glass. Nice crisp flavor, touch of spice and a bit of noble hops. Light on the palate, with the carbonation clearing the palate quickly. This was one of my first beers that introduced me to the better things out there.

Golden with a lasting white head, leaving lace. Grain and malt dominates the aroma, with a touch of butterscotch. Dry with malt and some caramel flavour. Warming alcohol and a vineous finish.

750ml bottle from BevMo Carmel Mountain. Hazy amber gold, slim white head, decent lacing. Very mild malt in the aroma. A touch of honeyed malt with a spicy citrus hop bitterness for balance. Slightly tart and tangy. A tad yeasty. Medium body, light carbonation.

Bottle. Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Powerfull great yeasty and hoppy aroma, full of fruity esters dominated by apple. Moderate bitter flavor. Average powerfull heavy bitter finish. Oily palate but very lively. More power than finesse. Not my kind of trippel.

Had it on tap at Oldsmar Tap House. This is one of the best Tripels I have tasted, up with Tripel Karmelite. Its aroma is clean and light with hints of citrus and floral honey/ sugary notes. Finish is sweet and somewhat dry, but certainly well balanced. Great beer.

Huge head, light gold in colour, sweetish aroma. Nice, understated, example of a mild tripel with wheaty notes, citrus, yeast, sea water and a slight alcohol bite in the finish. Finally a chance to use my favourite glass for the concoction it was made for. A nice "comfort beer."
