Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Bottle - 330ml. Pours a beautiful hazy golden body topped with a huge frothy head. Well balanced malty/hoppy aroma that carries fruity/citric and spicy hints. Its sharp hoppy taste carries apple, spicy, coriander, and citrusy notes. It ends with a long bitter/sour finish. Love it!

Weak bubbly head over a crystral clear beer with bubbles and a burnt sienna colour. Nice! Citric, yeasty aroma. Fruity, wholesome with hints of spices - cumin. Fresh flavour, bitter-sour. Well balanced with a subtle sweetness. Hints of banana, apple and pear. Citric-dry champagne-like palate. Bitter but fresh aftertaste. Very subtle hints of coffee, maybe even dark chocolate.

On tap at Six ’N Save in New Ken. Pours a clear golden butterscotch color. Has a really thick foamy white head and some outstanding lacing. Lots of apple skin and sweet alcohol aroma. A slight bitterness as well. Great sweet apple flavors with a bunch of caramel and fruity toffee. A medium body without much carbonation, but an excellent mouthfeel.

Pours cloudy gold color with a massive head that has little retention. I don’t see to many yeast floaties on my first pour into my Corsendonk glass (shown in picture... sweet!). Aroma is yeast, spice, citrus. It goes down real smooth, sweet fruity malts up balanced nice with spicy hops with a dry finish. Big frothy mouthfeel that just adds to the exceptional quality of the brew. This wins my best beer of the weekend award.

Poured in Corsendonk glass. Nice foam white head and really good carbonation and lacing. Hazy yellow with some sediment and floaters. Dry and light with a crisp fruit citrus character. Spicy hops was throughout and on the finish but nice and even through. Although there were some floats this did not deter from the body of the beer. Great taste and distinctive flavors.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café, Stockholm) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of apricots, citrus (orange, lemon) and spicy hints of coriander. Fruity, spicy and fairly clean taste with orange, lemon, coriander and earthy, spicy hops in the finish. Clean, spicy, tasty and surprisingly dry tripel. Nice one.
