Jun 12, 2007 Bottle at the Hopdevil in Zagreb.
Poured a fine golden body ruptured in the middle by a huge and very lively stream of carbonation, with a big thick white head that went away at a medium pace. A fine subtle Belgian nose, yeasty spiciness, lemon a bit of banana, some hop. Nice. The taste isn’t all that flashy but is very well balanced and pleasant and creamy. Banana, lemon, yeast, malt, dry hoppy bitterness that lingers long into the aftertaste, Pleasant, refreshing and relatively hoppy (for a tripel). I like it a lot.

Jun 11, 2007 Updated: Jun 5, 2008Nice big fluffy head. Aye it’s a pale ale, and pale it is. The aroma felt lacking, and the taste felt a bit strong, not in alcohol, but in carbonation, mostly. Goes down easily, though. Overall, a decent brew.

Jun 9, 2007 This was a nice, though different from a typical Tripel. The flavor was hoppy citrus, without the typical sweet fruit and yeast, and the mouthfeel was very dry. Different and good.

Jun 6, 2007 Bottled. Orange colour with big creamy white head. Aroma is huge fruityness and some yeast & hops also. Flavour is fruity, yeasty and also shows slight notes of alcohol. Very rich carbonation.

May 29, 2007 Pours lightly hazy golden, with a small foamy white head. Light aroma of tropical fruit, mild spicy notes, a bit yeasty, and just a hint of lemon zest. Much dryer than most tripels with mostly lemony citrus upfront, just a bit of spice, and some grassy hops in the finish. Palate is medium, grassy, effervescent, and dry. Not my first choice, but still a very easy drinking and enjoyable ale.
