Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Bottled. Orange colour with big creamy white head. Aroma is huge fruityness and some yeast & hops also. Flavour is fruity, yeasty and also shows slight notes of alcohol. Very rich carbonation.

Pours lightly hazy golden, with a small foamy white head. Light aroma of tropical fruit, mild spicy notes, a bit yeasty, and just a hint of lemon zest. Much dryer than most tripels with mostly lemony citrus upfront, just a bit of spice, and some grassy hops in the finish. Palate is medium, grassy, effervescent, and dry. Not my first choice, but still a very easy drinking and enjoyable ale.

Bottled 33cl. Pours a huge white head. A beer with a lively carbonation. A hazy yellow tripel with a rather pale color. Very earthy appearance, yet not that dark and hazy. Lovely nose of cloves, toffee, fruits which include melon and lemon; very floral. Fruity taste. Rather perfumy. (strong pine needles in the taste). Again, some citrus elements, some apples. Not overly bitter. Lacks somewhat in character. Dry, stony finish. Refreshing.

Tons of carbonation. Clean billowing white head. Pale golden colour. Peppery spiced nose. Hints of fruit, citrus. Smooth sweetness first, citric, very carbonated mouthfeel, velvety and fluffy, and a very nice finish.

Rated 10/22/06: Four pack been sitting on the shelves for years, blew off the dust and poured into the glass. Vibrant gold color with a touch of orange, crazy carbonation and a huge fizzy white head. Aroma is of blended sour fruits and grass. I pucker a bit as I sip on this relatively lively on the tongue not real crisp with the finish. Flavor is earthy with notes of pears and grapefruit. Don’t know quite how well this should hold up under long storage and this pack is considerably old. Still interesting and enjoyable, would like to find a new bottle and compare.
