May 18, 2007 Cloudy golden body, good head, good lacing. Yer average tripel. Grainy, bready aroma with some floral notes, as well as some honey and citrus. More citrus in the taste, some peppery Noble-hops in the background, yeasty, fruity. Long, dry and bready finish. High on carbonation. Decent tripel.

May 8, 2007 12 oz bottle. Cloudy amber/orange saturated by yeast floaties, with a tall white frothy head. Floral, yeasty and citrus aromas. Off-sweet bready malt body with some yeasty notes and a fruity (green apple/pear) and zesty citrus flavor throughout. Fairly dry finish. Lively mouthfeel. A tripel that’s more citric than spicy, with a refreshing result. Nice one.

Apr 30, 2007 Bottle. Pours a nice blond color with a medium-sized head. Lots of fruit in the aroma, with some yeast and spiciness. Tast is very similar to aroma - apples, yeast and malt. Very active carbonation. A touch on the dry side. Very refreshing.

Apr 28, 2007 Pour is a blond with a big white head and lots of floaties. Aroma is creamy and vanilla with some yeast. Flavor is also very nice. Lots of big citrus and fruityness with some yeast and vanilla again. Sour apple flavor is strongest but this is a good thing as the tartness blanaces out the slight sweetness. Alcohol is nowhere to be found but I know its in there. Looks good, smells good and is very tasty.

Apr 28, 2007 Bottle at home. A wonderful Tripel. I poured it slightly, creating a thin head. Lots of bubbles in apple colour. Hoppy and mini pricks on the tongue. Nice taste at the end. Really enjoyable. Class act. I also got the pater for comparison’s sake.
