Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Hazy amber gold, slim white head, decent lacing. Very mild malt in the aroma. A touch of honeyed malt with a spicy citrus hop bitterness for balance. Slightly tart and tangy. A tad yeasty. Medium body, light carbonation. Enjoyable? Yes. Exceptional? No.

33cL bottle. Poured golden, clear with a good sized white head. Head lasted well with good lacing. Best description of the taste and aroma: average but still nice.

Bottle. Hazy yellow colour with a big moderate lasting head. Aroma of yeast, malts and some sourness. Flavour is spicy, lovely toasty malty. Long aftertaste of malts. A great brew indeed!

The head is nice, but not very lasting on this straw colored, hazy beer. The aroma has notes of yeast and coriander. The mouthfeel is smooth and semi oily. The flavour is very citrussy with notes of coriander, and the finish is long and slightly acidic.

Pours light - cloudy light gold - with a thick white head. The head dissipates quickly and almost completely - and leaves virtually no lace on the glass. The aroma is sweet and malty - some honey and some doughy bread - and has some delicious smelling Belgian yeast, too. The flavor starts sweet on the tongue - sugary bread, rich malts, honey, hints of caramel, and yeast. There are also some hops in the flavor - though not really bitter. The finish is somewhat dry, malty, and sweet, with a little punch of bitter hops. Nectar! The mouthfeel is creamy and somewhat heavy. Overall, fantastic. The alcohol is quite well hidden.

Bottle. Very light golden color, hazy when yeast from bottle is poured in. Billowy, white head dissipates fairly quickly, some lacing. A delicate yeasty spicy aroma. Very dry palate with a crisp, herbal hop balance. Moderate in alcohol strength. Smooth and drinkable tripel. Very good example.

Pours clear and golden with a large frothy white head. The aroma is peppery and dry with pale malt, light earthiness and grapes. Medium / light body with lots of spritzy carbonation that works for the beer. Flavor starts with light bodied pale malt, light fruits, lots of spice and a touch of sweetness; however, this is quite dry for a tripel. The finish has more spice and is quite crisp with a touch of sourness. A very well done tripel. Many of the style are a bit thicker and sweeter than I like. This one is lighter bodied, crisp and fairly dry. Recommended.
