Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

On tap. Very tasty. Just impeccable balance. The spice blends flawlessly with the malt and hops. Excellent.

Draught. Pours hazy copper. Flavor of citrus hops coming through, with sweet malts, some brown sugar and caramel as well, with some orange and spices. Just right on the bitterness, good beer.

Bottled(330ml). -Certainly better than Pater. Pours a golden coloured with huge white head. Moderately sweet malty and yeasty aroma with notes of orange, pear and banana. Spicy with mild bitter hoppy finish.

Draught at Eulogy. Lightly hazy, effervescent straw body with a frothy white head. Pleasing eucalyptus and prickly pear phenols in the aroma, plus orange-banana esters, some bready malt and yeast characters. Doughy flavor is moderately dry with notes of fermented honey. Moderately dry with medium balancing bitterness. A very solid tripel.

Bottle purchased at Gristedes Supermarket in NYC: golden colored triple with a fluffy, bubbly white head, aroma of bananas, spicy and a bit hoppy taste, smooth and solid Belgian but not my favorite type.

Golden pour with lots of yeast and a fluffy white head. Sweet aroma of citrus, banana, and grains. Grainy, smooth taste with hints of orange and banana. Light body with some spices. Overall, a good tripel.

A hazy golden appearance with a large white head. Good solid flavor but the bubbly carbination reminded me of champaigne. Not really what I’m looking for in a beer.
