Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Third best beer I’ve ever had. A taste all it’s own that truely is undescribable.

Bottle. Golden/yellowish cloudy colour with a fine yellowish glow head. Very carbonated. Aroma is yeast, spicy and some coriander like notes. Some of the same notes as its brother Pater Abbey Brown Ale I thought. Flavour is sweet. Medium bodied. Finish is spicy sweet. Very nice beer, or thought not as good as the Pater Abbey Brown Ale.

Clear gold color with giant white head foam explosive carbonation. Mild aroma of yeast spice. Flavor seems to be all over the place. I taste some malt and sugar sweetness, something sour and tart and then some spiciness. Great mix of flavors.

From C&C 750. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with diminishing white head. Nose is lightly fruity with a nice spicy yeast. Body is slightly syrupy, as is the taste, with light fruits, pear and citrus mix.

Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a moderate sized ivory head. Aroma is of sweet malt, strong yeast, and light citrus. Really nice taste of sweet malt, prominent yeast, light citrus and tangy hops with good carbonation. A short but sweet ending. Very champagne-like. I enjoyed this ale with Volgon and Balthazar...along with many more!
