Aroma of sweet fruit with some very perfumy hops and a distinctive yeast presence. Taste is a nice mix of sweet malt with a floral and sweet qualities to it, subtle spices presence with some interesting yeast signature with a somewhat dry finish. Body is a bit lighter then expected. Very nice example of the style. trafford (171), Germantown, Tennessee, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Feb 23, 2006 Nice, fine white head on the golden beer. Some orange and biscuit aromas: yeast and meal. Long nutty, malty finish. The hops make for a bright palate, and the beer has a vinuous champagnelike quality. Very complex and long. Good buttered toast malt and slightly bittering hops. iratherbe (255), Marlton, New Jersey, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 7, 2006 Frothy fluffy luxurious head upon pour. Lacing builds up & holds up primo as expected. Gorgeous light yellow pale moon in color. Tastes of hints of vanilla masked & mixed with overtones of citrus & fruits. This was a good long lost cousin to revisit after some time apart. Can be enjoyed by a wide variety.
