The Pater (Dubbel) was great and this one is also very tasty. Not a big Tripel fan but this one had a better taste than the other Tripel’s I had. Great aroma with fruity, spicey taste. Will try this one again! shp555 (1691), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Appearance: Clear, golden-orange body with a frothy, white head.
Smell: Pleasant, inviting aroma of sweet-scented honey, ground peppery spices, chilled fruit juices, and flowers.
Taste: Honeyish candy quality with a light, light touch of breadiness. Fruity, juicy blend of fresh pears and apricots. Meager dusting of earthy spices. Light, understated bitterness. Soft floral tones throughout. Serves up a teaspoon of fruit puree on the drying, lightly crisp finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium-plus carbonation. Delicate stickiness to the overall mouthfeel.
Drinkability: Who knew beers named after old ladies could be so lively, so spry, so invigorating. Not me! downender (2634), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Jul 10, 2009 A nice citrus smell to go along with the grains. A bit of red and golden colour but doesn’t look so good if you pour all the yeast in there. This one has a lot. Great malt flavour and tons of bubbles on the tounge. Bragesnak (2354), Aarhus, Denmark
