Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Robe blonde claire surmontée d’une fine mousse blanche. Arômes de malt et de levures. Saveurs de malt, d’épices, de phénols et de levures. Houbon de soutien.

More like a Blonde to my taste! Dry, yeasty with a definite citrus presence. Floral aroma! I kept looking for some complexity as it warmed slightly but I detected very little.Bitter on the finish but it does not linger at all1 Quite disappointing!!

Golden straw pour, large white head. Aroma is sweet and fruity, lightly yeasty, just a tiny touch of sourness. Flavor is mainly the same, just a bit more sour than the aroma, a definite apple presence, and somewhat dry, although the aftertaste leaves a sweetness in your mouth. Crisp, delicate, pretty light and lively, great mouth-feel. Nicely done, and very tasty.

Pours a light golden with a respectable head. Tart with hints of banana, lemon and buttery yeast on the nose. The flavor is also tart with a spicy dryness and only a hint of sweet fruit. Higher level of hop character that lends to the dry finish. Fizzy and medium light in the mouth. An enjoyable tripel.

Golden coloured beer with an out-of-proportion white head. Citrussy nose, yeasty. Taste again with citrus, thick, but not full taste. Not really bitter but very dry. Too dry for my liking.

Pours a cloudy goldern yellow with chunks of suspended yeast. Lots of carbonation in the pour. Aroma has a sour and yeasty smell in it. Flavor is very crisp with an apple sourness to it. Also present is floral hops and sharp tartness.

Chris says, "tastes like blood and sugar". Anyways, I dug this one. Not much to write about, your prototypic tripel. Dug the cargbonation on this one, the hop bite and bubbles created a great mouthfeel.

750ml bottle. Pours a pale yellow gold color with a fizzy white head. Nose is straw, hay, light pineapple, yeast. Taste is fizzy, light pineapple and straw, some grass notes and a light fizzy finish.
