I kept looking for some complexity as it warmed slightly but I detected very little.Bitter on the finish but it does not linger at all1 Quite disappointing!! temporrari (327), Fort Wayne, Indiana, USA

Aroma is sweet and fruity, lightly yeasty, just a tiny touch of sourness. Flavor is mainly the same, just a bit more sour than the aroma, a definite apple presence, and somewhat dry, although the aftertaste leaves a sweetness in your mouth. Crisp, delicate, pretty light and lively, great mouth-feel. Nicely done, and very tasty. sammy3D (114), Lawrenceville, Georgia, USA
| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Dec 29, 2005 Pours a light golden with a respectable head. Tart with hints of banana, lemon and buttery yeast on the nose. The flavor is also tart with a spicy dryness and only a hint of sweet fruit. Higher level of hop character that lends to the dry finish. Fizzy and medium light in the mouth. An enjoyable tripel. Hunsell (400), Amsterdam, Netherlands

Taste again with citrus, thick, but not full taste. Not really bitter but very dry. Too dry for my liking. HopsOrDie (687), New Lenox, Illinois, USA

Not much to write about, your prototypic tripel. Dug the cargbonation on this one, the hop bite and bubbles created a great mouthfeel. SuIIy (1504), Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, USA
