Jun 23, 2009 Poured out a nice creamy, puffy white cap, great 360 degree lacing. The colour is a nice gold with a weak orange tint and a small ammount of floaties. The aroma seems dry with yeast, weak fruit, light spice (not sure which ones), malts that are sort of biscuity with a hint of chocolate??. Overall, the aroma is a bit weak. The taste was yeasty, weak spice, slight orange, a touch sour and somewhat dry. Very drinkable with good malt (biscuity / bready). Medium bodied. Smooth with a good feeling mid-sip. Short lived spicy finish.

Jun 17, 2009 Bottle split with curly at his house. Near clear light gold with fair white head. Bready yeast nose with faint banana and some apple and small citrus notes. Fairly plain and straitforward. And the body does not have the effervescence of deus.

Jun 2, 2009 Beer looks golden yellow in the glass with a massive snow white head that sticks up higher the the rim, I should have poured more careful because I got a lot of sediment into my glass, giant dandruff flakes floating every where. Sweet berries and yeast are the most noticeable aroma’s, with a floral alcohol in the back ground. Yeast and nuts are what I taste most, and as the beer warms there was more of a sweet purfumy taste. The after taste was bitter then turns sweet after a couple of minuets. I found this beer to be a touch watery but does have a good carbonation feel. It’s a good beer but nothing really to special.

May 24, 2009 DRUNKEN CONGA SOS !
Great head, two tone colours and bitty sediment. Quite a tart vanilla flavour which tastes stronger and more palatable than it actually is. Aftertaste takes away a little of the pleasure but a real bodied brew. One of my favourites

May 13, 2009 Pours a hazy golden color with a white pillowy head. The aroma is of spice and bananas. Some yeast and citrus is also prevalent in the nose. Very lively carbonation accentuates the mouthfeel. Tastes of spice, mostly clove, some alcohol, a nice hint of bananas and definitely orange peel. Finishes lightly bitter and refreshing.

May 5, 2009 Bottle. Pours clear gold (I remember it to pour hazy when kept too cold for too long) with wide head.Strong and sweet aroma of herbs and yeast. Tastes like herbs, sweet malts, some yeast. Very good beer.
