Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Pours a glowing golden yellow with a large white head. Aroma is of soft fruits like pear and peach, some citrus, floral notes, hay, apple, coriander and a little spice. Tastes like soft fruit as well with peach, pear, papaya, apple all coming through. Corriander and wet hay are in the background with lemon in the finish. Mouth feel is very soft, nice soft bubbles on the palate the whole way through. Nice beer.

330 ml bottle kindly provided by Sigmund. A big dense lasting white head over a slightly hazed, deep golden colored body. A nice scent of Belgo-yeast up front. Then some sweetish fruits, sweetish toffee-ish malts and a touch of floral hops. Taste is quite mellow, with sweet malty tones and sweet fruity tones. Mildly spiced and mildly hopped. Healhty body. Soft malty finish. A nice one, a tad too far on the sweet side only.

0,33 LITER bottle from Beiropholie, served at cellar temperature in a tulip glass. BB 29/11/09.

App.: Clear golden with a decent, very rocky white head. Aroma: Sweet hay, grass and honey, earthy coriander and lemon, a touch bitter and funky, yeast and a bit of alcohol. Palate: Medium-ish body, almost flat. Flav.: Much like the nose, more alcohol, still some sweet floral honey, less of the coriander/lemon, a bit of hops; sweet with a little bitterness and lingering alcohol/biscuit.

Meh.

355 mL. Pours a cloudy blonde with a two finger white cap that has great retention and leaves sheets of lacing. Aromas of almost pilsner malts overtaken by floral hops, cloves, green apple, Belgian yeast. Taste is certainly a tripel with fine carbonation up front and initial spiciness turning quickly to herbal hops with stark dryness and tartness. Medium-bodied with a good long, bitter, dry finish. Refreshing.
