Commercial Description:
It has a very big head indeed - pour it gently - and a very clean palate, beginning with a dry, lightly citric fruitiness, and finishing with a distinctive and delicate, perfumy, hop character. Very light and fluffy in texture, giving little hint of its strength.

Hazy amber gold, slim white head, decent lacing. Very mild malt in the aroma. A touch of honeyed malt with a spicy citrus hop bitterness for balance. Slightly tart and tangy. A tad yeasty. Medium body, light carbonation. Enjoyable? Yes. Exceptional? No.

very fruity nose which goes from tropical fruit to a more waxy hop flavour, soft bitterness on the palet and a nice dry finess

Lots of hay and light citric on the nose. Somewhat muted in the bottle; I recommend a total pour to let the head rise and fall. Saison nose with wheat taste, Dr. Dunkenstein is a possession receiver on 2nd and short.

A: Nice straw yellow in color. Pours with a nice fluffy head. Fades to a very thing ring. S: Very mild for a triple. There is the nice fruity yeasty aroma, but somewhat subdued. T: Very nice. A very classy yet mild triple. It has all the flavors I have grown to love. Lemony Citrus, Clove, Bubblegum and a hint of hops. It’s a great beer. M; Full bodied yet nice and light. Effervescent, yet finishes dry.

Fin troppo.

Pours an almost clear light yellow, with a creamy white head. Judging only on appearance I’d say this was a white beer. I’m having the flu, so aroma is difficult to judge today. I’d say, citrus/orange and a bit yeasty. Very nice flavor that defines a good tripel. Soft and sweet, yet warming and complex. Fantastic palate, this stuff is really smooth. Decent long bittersweet finish.

750ml bottle. Pours a cloudy light gold color with a dense white head and thick lacing. Aroma is floral hops, spices, fresh cut grass, fruit, citrus and yeast. Slightly sweet and yeasty flavor with citrus notes and a touch of spicyness. Medium bodied, crisp and smooth. A nice beer to drink all year round.

Orange with a thin white head. Aroma is sweet with peary esters and light spice. Taste is more of the same, and dry with the lingering impression of sweetness. $3/11.2oz
