Aug 16, 2008 Cloudy yellow body with a plumy white head leaving moderate lacing. Aroma is spicy, there’s a yeasty wit character with light dry apple and fruity sweetness. Flavor is very sweet, overly so, with plenty of sticky apple flavor and a dry wit finish.

Jul 28, 2008 Pours a hazy yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is of sweet apple cider with spice and a touch of wheat. The flavor is pretty much sweet apple pie in a liquid with a light Belgian Wit finish. Is very light, and is also extremely sweet, almost cloying.

Jul 26, 2008 Bottle. Tasted pretty much like the Apple Bocq...not sure if they are the same beer or what. Pours a light, but extremely hazy body with fluffy white head. The aroma is very sweet - apple. The taste is very smooth and sweet, a bit too sweet towards the finish. Obviously no alcohol whatsoever.

Jul 22, 2008 Pours light yellow, cloudy, with a very touchy head. Aroma is spicy, apple, with some vanilla qualities as well. Flavor is pleasantly spicy with a strong apple body. Moderate mouth feel.
