Russo (595), Campinas, Brazil Oct 6, 2009 Canned. Thanks Mechas. A pale lager with a thin foam that goes quickly, weak arom of malt, some bitternes but too weak, just refreshing nothing more. bkurtz (276), Peru Mar 21, 2009 Poured pale yellow with a smallish head. Light, with very little flavor. Typical mass produced Latin American beer. A shame. Nekronos (2261), Xalapa, Mexico Nov 29, 2008 I thought I had rated it before. it was nice to have with some home madefood. NOt so big deal but not bad at all. mansquito (819), Boston/Philadelphia, USA Aug 17, 2008 This beer is one of the better Colombian lagers. There is actually a taste of grassy bitterness and the beer goes down very easily. No offensive qualities to this beer. joshiez (48), USA Jun 20, 2008 I like to think of this as a cheap knock-off of Red Stripe. It has the same sort of bottle, same Caribbean marketing idea....but just doesn’t taste the same. It is popular though, and I found it everywhere I went in Colombia. I found the taste to be a bit overwhelming...a little skunky....just not enjoyable. Not terrible, but I didn’t really enjoy drinking it. I’d rather stick to aquardiente....... ghawener (952), San Salvador, El Salvador May 6, 2008 Bottle: interesting marketing, university students 18-25 years... what can you expect. Lubiere (4464), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Sep 5, 2007 A tiny 250 mL bottle brought back by my GF’s mom. A pale lager with a creamy white head. Light corn aroma. In mouth, crisp in mouth, refreshing and inoffensive. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Name: Costena
