Dark and slightly rich with some fruitiness. Some roasted malt and dryness in the finish.
yespr (7785), Copenhagen O, Denmark Nov 27, 2008 From cask at Charlies. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Smooth roasted malt aroma with a light breadish touch. Breadish flavouredwita nice roasted note to it. Light acidic flavour a long a nice roasted dryness. Slowly going into a bitter dry finish. Fruity and roasted malts aroma and some strange hints of tea. Sweet,fruity flavours with quite a bit of bitterness, leaving a dry mouthfeel. Roasted malty aroma with some chocolate hints. Smooth roasted malty chocolate flavor with some hints of coffee. Has a roasted malty finish. downender (1726), Bristol, Gloucestershire, England Oct 14, 2007 Bottle from ASDA for £1. Aroma of dark fruit with a hit of roasted malt. Flavour had some chocolate and more fruit before a slightly bitter finish. Good.
