Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, old malt. May 10, 2008 Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre April Fest 08. Chestnut colour with lasting beige head. Best bitter aroma. Toasty aroma, decent malts, some fruit. Bit of dryness on end. It’s an ok best bitter, some good character. Reasonably good malts.
