harrisoni (4722), Ashford, Kent, Kent, England May 10, 2008 Cask handpull at Ship & Mitre April Fest 08. Chestnut colour with lasting beige head. Best bitter aroma. Toasty aroma, decent malts, some fruit. Bit of dryness on end. It’s an ok best bitter, some good character. Reasonably good malts.
fonefan (3955), Ulfborg, Denmark Jul 1, 2008 Cask handpump @ The Nags Head, Reading RG1, England.Clear medium amber color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, old malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - flat.
