arventresca (334), Greenville, North Carolina, USA Mar 8, 2009 Tap. Not nearly as cloudy as the Red Wheat and Blue. Didn’t like this one at all, but wheat is not my cup of tea. Some reason the taste reminded me alot of honey. kiefdog (1567), Tampa, Florida, USA Jun 29, 2008 Tasted on a recent visit to Woods on South in Charlotte, NC. Pours a generally clear golden yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is generally wheat, grain, fresh grass and hay. Flavor adds a touch of malt, more grain and maybe a slight hint of sweetness. Generally light-bodied with a quick finish. mhelgason (495), Charlotte, North Carolina, USA Jun 7, 2008 tap. above average white fizzy (some lasting) head into cloudy orange body with good lacing present. aromas of light hops and light wheat, thought I must say that the aromas are very faint. clean finish, watery texture, and short finish duration. okay brew, enjoyed cold while I was sitting in 100 degree weather. CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA May 27, 2008 Bottle: Pours a transparent bright golden with an effervescent froth of wispy-lacing white head. Nose of lightly sweet malted wheat with some grainy notes and noble hops. Body starts with about average fullness, but not much malty flavor and a touch of mild tartness and husky character. Finshes drier and more bitter. American wheats aren’t my favorite style, but there are much better examples than this one. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Feb 24, 2008 Name: American Wheat

jobyone (234), Charlotte, USA Jan 9, 2008 Pours pale yellow with white head. Some sweetness in teh caroma. A hint of citrus in teh flavor. Light body and little aftertaste Cletus (5002), Connecticut, USA Nov 27, 2007 Bottle courtesy of ucusty. Pouts amber/gold with a thin white head. Smells of perfume, some citrus. Tastes of citrus with some touches of wheat. Mouthfeel is decent and this is refreshing enough, but not much going on in the flavor department. ucusty (1871), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Sep 3, 2007 Nothing like a twist off cap. Unique grape juice aroma. Pours a fizzy head that quickly disapates. Wheat flavor is lacking. Mostly yeast and citrus flavors. easy to to drink but nothing special. Weak effort for a "seasonal beer!" Cottonwood beers were much better when it was brewed in Boone, NC
