Commercial Description:
ENDO INDIA PALE ALE is said to be "Brewed with Altitude". The style is similar to IPAs from the Pacific Northwest. We dry-hoop Endo with Cascade hops to enhance the aroma and bitterness.

pours a clear dark copper with a dark orange tint and a one finger fluffy off white head. aroma is malt and hops with soap and orange characteristics. has a light to medium body with descent lacing and good carbonation. flavor is caramel malt and hops with orange peel and pine characteristics. has a dry hop aftertaste and is a little sticky on the lips. not bad of an ipa, a little thin on the palate ,but not bad.

Appearance: Pours a clear, bright carnet body with a small, off-white head. Smell: Light, sweet-smelling tropical fruits with a touch of grassiness. Taste: Taste heads straight towards bitterness, with flavors of grapefruit and citrus. Faintly grassy. The meager amount of caramel sweetness is obscured by the bitterness. Odd, twangy soapy finish. Mouthfeel: Medium-thin body. Moderate carbonation. Drinkability: This one didn’t really do it for me.

Bottle. Poured a clear copper color with an average off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate hoppy citrus and malt aroma. Medium body with stick texture. Medium balanced bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of average duration. Solid drinkable brew.

Bottle. Pours dark copper color with a rapidly diminishing beige colored head. Aroma is mostly malt and some citrus notes. Flavor is predominantly caramel malts, with a hint of citrus and pine. Palate is medium bodied, with a prickly carbonation, finishes on the bitter side. All in all not a very good IPA, more like a APA at best.

Tap. Above average, white, creamy head (mostly lasting) Clear dark amber body. Aroma of caramel and light hops. At first sip I was really impressed with the cramyness but then somehow seemed to lose that. Okay IPA.

tap at airport, average ipa, dark amber orange color, off white head, not much aroma, slightly piney flavor with a pretty good bitterness at first that goes away, and unfortunately turns into a malty carmely brew. Okay.

Aroma was of malt and metal. Flavor was some malt, a decent hop flavor, but overall metallic. Body was a little light. For the style, found it pretty bad.

Bottle. Aroma is weak and only a little hoppy. Also somewhat soapy and metallic. The flavor is not very good either. Little initial flavor followed by metallic hoppiness.
