Commercial Description:
ENDO INDIA PALE ALE is said to be "Brewed with Altitude". The style is similar to IPAs from the Pacific Northwest. We dry-hoop Endo with Cascade hops to enhance the aroma and bitterness.

Nice and dry finish where the hops sort of just drop off. I would call it the table wine of IPAs. There is a flat notch in the palate where you could fit food flavor in, making it a great ’table beer’.

Pours a opaque dark amber color with 2 fingers head. Hints of hops and fruits. Light bodied beer, finishes nice and smooth. Not a lot of hops as traditional IPA.

Bottle, no date evident, poured in mason quart jar. Nearly opaque copper with a 4-finger, lasting and creamy head. Sugary lacing all over. Faint aroma is earthy caramel, pine and citrus hops. Taste is a little citrus-molasses at first, then nutty, then bitter orange, cocoa and dried wood. Light-medium body is smooth and dry. Balanced flavors make this a good session IPA.

Very nice beer. While not overly complex, it has a nice balance and the right amount of hoppiness for my taste. Had it with hot wings and it was a nice combination.

Had on tap at the Sunspot in Knoxville, TN. Poured to an amber color with off-white head that lingered thru-half-glass and left okay lacing. Aroma was mostly floral, with hints of citrus fruit. Floral and grassy hop flavor was present but not dominant. Mouthfeel was not as bitter as tangy as I expect in an IPA, and the finish was dry and only slightly bitter. Not bad, but not a great IPA by any means.

An OK, if not exceptional, IPA. Good hoppy flavor, quite a bit of bitterness.
