Commercial Description:
ENDO INDIA PALE ALE is said to be "Brewed with Altitude". The style is similar to IPAs from the Pacific Northwest. We dry-hoop Endo with Cascade hops to enhance the aroma and bitterness.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet with a light touch of hops. The flavor is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of hops. A low key IPA.

Bottle from Beer_Hawk; Nose of hops, but not real heavy; Color is medium brown with a vert small beige head; flavor has some light caramel and mild hop bitterness. Not as hoppy as several pale ales I’ve recently rated! Pretty color but not much hoppiness for an IPA!

Thanks to Suttree for this beer. It has a powerful hop aroma and one of the darkest IPAs I have had. Not much head on the low side for carbonation. Smooth palate, and mildly bitter flavor of hops. Not especially heavy or overly flavorful, but a solid session IPA. I do have a very light hop burn.

12 oz bottle courtesy of Santa. Slightly cloudy, copper colored pour. Foamy light tan head. Floral citrusy hops and slighty musty nose. Also a little maltiness. Light smooth mouthful with active carbonation. Hops are present in the flavor, but not enough for an IPA. Slight bitter finish.

draft at Four Corners, Chapel Hill. Dark amber wit small off-white head. Bitter aroma and flavor with minimal flavor and texture. Light malt sweetness to balance out bitterness from hops. Medium bodied. I like my hops to taste fresher.

Dark amber color with a dark beige head. Aroma is somewhat subdued, but hops, grass and citrus are present. I’d prefer a stronger hop presence, but this is still a solid, drinkable IPA.

Hazy, deep amber appearance; large beige head recedes quickly; good lacing. Floral hop aroma, some grapefruit-like citrus; malts came through late. Hopped up taste with the accompanying bitterness balanced by a mild, sweet malt backbone. Medium bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel with a dry, long lasting finish. (bottle courtesy of Vikingsman69)

Amber colored with a good size head. Good hoppy aroma. some citrus & floral notes. Slight malty flavor topped by decent amount of hoppiness. somewhat thin. Not too bad just a little bit "light" for and IPS
