Nice murky orange color, cloudy. Sour hoppy aroma. Body could use a little bit more punch. Lots of bitter hops, leaves the mouth dry. Decent. Wiseblood (658), Clarksville, Tennessee, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 12, 2004 Strong grapefruit and hops aroma that is crisp and assertive. Golden-amber color with good carbonation. Flavor is mainly citrus with bits of hop flavor scattered throughout. Clean bitter aftertaste. Overall, this is pretty enjoyable for someone even if they don’t prefer IPAs. Gusler (2655), Tucson, Arizona, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jul 3, 2004 The beer after severing connections with the 12 ounce brown bottle sets in the glass a slightly beclouded brown color, the head is stupendous in size, spumescent in texture and the color a toothsome light tan, as it slowly dissipates, the laces forms a thin slip to conceal the glass. Mild hop aroma under pinned by sweet malt greets the olfactory senses, crisp and fresh, with the start sweet, nice malt presence, the top is fair to middling in its feel. Finish is stern in its acidity, the hops benign in their spicy bite, very dry aftertaste, a nice and pleasant IPA. Falconseye8 (525), Cartersville, Georgia, USA

Not as hoppy as I expected. Very tasty , another fine beer courtesy of Ross. Has a cinamon undertone, very unsusual. Good beer but not exactly the IPA I was expecting. layyze (28), Durham, North Carolina, USA

Piney flavor, excellent hoppiness, very bitter. Good mouthfeel and very palatable. Bitter aftertaste. Overall very good beer. JonR888710 (999), Cochabamba, Bolivia
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 29, 2004 Clear amber color, large apricot-white-tan colored head. Not much by way of smell: faint spicy hops. Medium mouthfeel. Bright, well-formed hop taste; pine cones, pine needles up front, very bitter. Sweet around edges goes well with the mealy/grainy malt flavors. Aftertaste is bitter and roasted. This is a good IPA but I did not get as much from it as I had hoped. BennyTicklez (621), USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 10, 2004 Lots of hops and very bitter. I’ve never heard of an IPA being called an IndiaN Pale Ale before however. A simple beer, but good taste.
