Commercial Description:
ENDO INDIA PALE ALE is said to be "Brewed with Altitude". The style is similar to IPAs from the Pacific Northwest. We dry-hoop Endo with Cascade hops to enhance the aroma and bitterness.

On tap at the Carolina Beer Company in the Charlotte airport. Cloudy copper colored pour with a nice head. Nice dry hop aroma, flavor is spot on. Nice dry bitter flavor and a nice malt base. This is a textbook IPA, very good.

12oz bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a medium size, creamy white head. Smells slightly caramelly malty with a nice, grassy and astringent hop scent as well. Tastes slightly malty sweet up front with earthy and slightly bitter, citrus hops through the middle. More sweet malt flavor on the finish, Medium body, good carbonation.

Bottel from Suttree. Thanks!
Pours a thick amber with a tall white head. Aroma is malty biscuit with a slight orange undertone. Flavor is sour hops and grapefruit-soaked biscuit. Average mouthfeel. A little too malty for an IPA, but still not bad.

Draught, Charlotte airport. Hazed amber color. Hoppy but balanced nose. Low carbonation, thin body. Flavors become grainy, and the hops vanish too quickly, leaving it metallic, sweet, and boring.

Not very good. A really weak and fizzy IPA. Slightly watery finish. Lightly bitter, but peppery instead of hoppy. A little soapy too. Highly carbonated but with no head. Reasonably drinkable. Not much else going on here.

Pours a nice amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is a little hoppy with apparent malt. Not a very bitter IPA. Malts seem to come through more than hops. Not a bad brew but not something to write home about.

Tasted on a recent visit to Woods on South in Charlotte, NC. Pours a generally clear amber color with thin white head. Aroma is hoppy with some notes of spice. Flavor is very similar to most IPAs with some citrus notes, hoppy-bitterness, and a light to medium mouthfeel. Quick, bitter finish.
