Dec 23, 2003 To my taste buds, this is not only one of the best IPA's I have had - but one of the best beers. It has a great bitter IPA taste, nice color, and a great finish. A very solid beer.

May 22, 2003 Orange coloring, floral aroma, HUGE off-white head with great lacing and thickness. It's got a nice malty start, but the kicker is those Cascade hops. The hops don't screw around in this beer. This beer almost makes up for the lousy beer laws in North Carolina... ALMOST. This is awesome, AND it's only $6 for a six of 'em! Beautiful.

Jul 1, 2003 Excellent IPA. The Carolina breweries (including Highland) make some great IPAs. Great color, excellent flavor, and it even smells good.

Mar 11, 2003 Great dark colour, with a very hoppy nose. Flavour was tremendous, and the hops definately stood out. A great overall IPA, one of the best i've had in the past few months!

Aug 23, 2003 Updated: Nov 9, 2003Reddish/orange appearance. Flavor is citrusy and very well hopped. Orange, pine, and maybe some rasbperries? This was a nice IPA. Why smoke Endo when you can drink it? Izzle.
