On Tap - Carolina Beer Co. Brewpub - Charlotte Airport. Dark orange pour, snow white head medium thickness with a bit of lacing. Brief spruce in the aroma - not overly pronounced. Good subtle grapefruity goodness, hints of apricots, with some back end nutty maltiness. Sticky mouthfeel - lets you know you just had something to drink without leaving an aftertaste of toothpaste.

Jul 14, 2008 7/8 taste, bottle, born on date F260761MQ1140FL...helpful.....Looks: Copper bottom/ off white foam. Aroma:Nice hop bite. Soap and citrus. Taste: Good ,full body. Decent hop to malt ratio. Good brew.

Jun 29, 2008 Tasted on a recent visit to Woods on South in Charlotte, NC. Pours a generally clear amber color with thin white head. Aroma is hoppy with some notes of spice. Flavor is very similar to most IPAs with some citrus notes, hoppy-bitterness, and a light to medium mouthfeel. Quick, bitter finish.

Jun 14, 2008 On tap, pours a cloudy brownish reddish with a small white head. Aroma is earthly malty, nothing special. Taste is the same. Earthy hops’ not that bitter, it’s got a watery taste but is not a watered down beer. It dries out your mouth in the aftertase, which is probably why I’m drinking this so fast. Not bad, nothing to write home about.

May 19, 2008 Pours clear copper with big creamy off-white head that lasts halfway down the glass. Refreshing aroma of piney/citrus hops. Taste is malty, with moderate hop complement. Moderate body with a a nice moderate bitter bite. Nice every day brew.

May 18, 2008 On tap at Charlotte Airport (2007). Nothing special, a little hop on the mouth, less so on the nose. Nice color though. Out of the four tried that evening it was the best of them, and also came highly recommended (which isn’t much noting it was at the airport)
