Commercial Description:
Low Down Brown Ale is brewed in the American style with pale malt, crystal malts, and a touch of chocolate malt. This medium-bodied ale has a distinctive Mt. Hood hop finish.

A dark brown beer with a brown head. The aroma is sweet with notes of chocolate and oranges, as well as light notes of coffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of cappuchino and vanilla. The body is a bit thin.

clear dark brown, scant tan head, light nutty chocolate aroma, low carbonation, sweet chocolate flavor, the flatness brings out the caramel sweetness, damn it’s loud in here,

12oz bottle acquired in trade with CaptainCougar (thanks!). Poured a medium brown color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of roast, caramel, and chocolate. Tastes of toasted nuts, caramel, and chocolate.

Bottle... NTB Ernesto Festo ’06... Clear, dark ruby ale with a small, fizzy, khaki head. Chocolate, vanilla and caramel aroma. The flavor is medium sweet, mildly chocolatey and nutty. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with gentle carbonation. Finishes sweet and chocolatey with a hint of smoke.
