Draught @ Charlotte airport. Opaque brown with slight reddish tint and tan head. Mild, malty, minerally aromas. Some rain falling on rocks, some socks. Fizzy mouthfeel. Highly carbonated and not creamy. Mild, nutty. Finishes dry and a tad on the sour side. Decent.

Draft at CBC Charlotte airport. Opaque with a small, lasting disc of cream that leaves frosty lace. Aroma is coffee, dry oats and slight cocoa. Flavors of oats, coffee and piquant mesquite char. Medium-heavy, roasty-dry, and a tad watery but in a good drinkable way.

On tap at Carolina Beer Company in the Charlotte Airport. Opaque black pour with a thick creamy brown head. Roasted aroma follows through in the taste, sweet up front with a nice roasted finish. Rich and creamy texture is rather nice. A very good oatmeal stout.
