(Rating #781) Boutip (2397), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Nov 6, 2006 Plastic bottle: Poured a light yellowish cider with loads of bubble reminiscent of a soft drink. Aroma of light dry apple is not really convincing. Taste is quite dry with some faint alcoholic notes also present. This cider was definitely boring and not something I will be looking for again in the future. MrManning (1656), London, Ontario, Canada
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 15, 2006 LCBO purchase- Pours very pale and transparent yellow. Aroma is faint granny smith apples (not sure if that is what is used here) perfumey, candy. Off dry, sweet apple flavours, with some cotton candy. Finishes quick, spritzy, with no length. The description says....."Some compare it to a dry champagne....." . I bet some compare it to a prety average cider too. Very pale yellow colour. Aroma is very light, with just a hint of sweet apple. Flavour is very mild as well, but what is there is pleasant and fresh tasting. A pleasant quencher, but not very unique.
